Paleo Mama Bakery

Paleo Mama Bakery is a gluten-free bakery making bars, breads, cakes, cookies, cupcakes, whoopie pies, ice cream, pizza and snacks, many of them paleo, keto or vegan. Founder Belle started the business in 2014 after changing her own diet to manage an autoimmune disease, and the products avoid artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. Most sweeten with raw honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar, and they use alternative flours such as almond, coconut, cassava and arrowroot.

The bakery at 961 S. Park Street in Madison sells over 300 retail items, and customers can also order online for pickup or local delivery. The products are also sold wholesale to more than 20 stores and restaurants in Wisconsin and Illinois, and the bakery ships its products across the country.
