Coffee & cafés in Madison

Coffee shops and cafés are where many people stop for a morning espresso, a cold brew on a warm afternoon, or a quick lunch between errands. Many also offer tea, sandwiches and salads, and some handle catering for meetings or gatherings, or sell gift cards and coffee subscriptions. Menus and hours vary from place to place, so it helps to check before you go. If you need catering for a group, ask about lead time, minimum orders and whether drop-off or setup is included, and book a few days ahead for larger orders. If you want a seat to work or meet someone, call first to ask about table space, outlet access and busy-hour crowds in Madison.
