Milwaukee roaster with cafes around Wisconsin and Chicago25 S. Pinckney St., Madison, WI
Colectivo Coffee is a coffee roaster and cafe chain that started in an old Milwaukee warehouse. Its Madison cafe on the ground floor of Tenney Plaza serves all-day breakfast and cafe eats such as burritos and sandwiches, along with seasonal drinks like its Pumpkin Spice Fluff Latte. The beans are roasted in Milwaukee and delivered to the cafes regularly, and the company also sells coffee online and through grocery stores.
The Madison location is at 25 S. Pinckney St. and hosts community events such as a concert series and farmers markets. Customers can order ahead through the Colectivo app or have food delivered through GrubHub, DoorDash or Uber Eats. The cafe is known for its custom murals by artist Jeff Darrow and its art deco architecture. Gift cards are available.
