Cafe Domestique

Cafe Domestique is a small coffee shop on Madison's east side that calls itself a bike cafe. The focus is espresso and carefully prepared coffee, and the menu rotates among several roasters, including Intelligentsia, Onyx Coffee Lab and Ruby Coffee Roasters from Nelsonville, Wisconsin, with occasional guest roasters and unlabeled coffees. Soup has come up as a menu item.
