Gib's

Gib's is a cocktail bar on Williamson Street serving a mix of house-created drinks and classics. Its signature cocktails include Hey What's Up, a Coffee Drink made with coffee liqueur and rum, and Yirgacheffe, a bourbon drink with coffee vermouth and grapefruit oil. The classic list runs from daiquiris and martinis to Old Fashioneds, Sazeracs and Negronis, and the bar also pours rotating tap beers and a short wine list.

Gib's is open most evenings, with the downstairs bar opening at 4 PM on weekdays and running late, and an upstairs space that opens later in the week. Drinks are priced around $10 to $14.
