Cervato Wine & Tapas

Cervato Wine & Tapas is a wine bar that pours a curated list of cold-climate Wisconsin wines by the glass or bottle, along with tapas and charcuterie meant for sharing. The wine list includes Cervato originals and wines from Timber Hill Winery, the Milton winery Cervato is an extension of, with dry, semi-sweet and sweet options. The bar also serves cocktails, mocktails and a few Wine Wednesday and Sangria specials.

Cervato is inside the Madison Public Market at 202 N First St, a indoor space with dozens of local vendors, so guests can grab food from other stalls and bring it back to the bar. Tastings of five one-ounce samples and three-ounce flights are available, and the Herd Wine Club offers bottles and member perks for those who want to take wines home.
