Jackson's Corner

Jackson's Corner is a casual all-day spot in Bend serving brunch, supper and a bakery built around naturally leavened sourdough. Breads like the marbled rye and corner loaf sit alongside daily pastries such as browned butter sea salt chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon rolls and a Basque cheesecake. The kitchen cooks from scratch with ingredients from local farms, and the bakery says its kitchen is free of seed oils.

Brunch runs in the morning, happy hour follows in the afternoon, and supper is served in the evening, with the bakery and espresso bar open for the day. Dining is indoors or on the patio, and dogs and kids are welcome. Takeout and delivery are available online, and the bar stocks beer, wine and cocktails along with a few retail groceries. The restaurant is in a historic building on NW Delaware Avenue.
