Bellatazza Caffe roasts coffee in small batches, selling whole bean and ground coffees from key growing regions along with a few retail items like cups and brewing equipment. Featured products include a Sumatra water process decaf, a Guatemala single origin and an espresso blend, each sold by the pound.

Coffee is roasted to order, at least once a week, so online orders usually take three to six days to arrive by UPS. Shipping is free within the continental US for orders of four pounds or more, and smaller orders carry a flat charge. The business also supports two children in Guatemala through its direct buying program, covering their schooling.
