Elly's Ice Cream

Elly's Ice Cream is a modern ice cream shop with a nod to classic flavors, making super premium ice cream in small batches with more cream and less air. The base uses Pacific Northwest ingredients, including USDA Organic-certified milk, cream, eggs and berries. Many toppings are made in-house, such as spiced nuts and graham crumble, and baked goods and chocolate and marshmallow sauces come from Two Sweet Cakes, a bakery in Bend.

The shop is inside The Grove Market Hall at 921 NW Mount Washington Drive in Bend, and it is open daily, with hours that may vary with staff availability. Gift cards are sold at the shop, and digital cards can be requested by email. Flavors of the day are shared by contacting the shop by email.
