Massage in Bend

Massage businesses help people ease sore muscles, recover from workouts, manage tension and simply take time to rest. Many offer several styles, from gentle Swedish work to firmer deep tissue or sports sessions, and some add hot stone, cupping, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy or Thai massage. If you are new to massage, tell the therapist what you want to feel afterward and where you carry tension, and ask how much pressure they use and whether you can adjust it during the session. Check whether the therapist is licensed, and book a little ahead for weekends or evenings, since popular times fill first.
