Intentional Wellness and Massage

Intentional Wellness & Massage is a massage practice run by Carmen, a massage therapist with over 15 years of experience. Her sessions are integrative bodywork that is customized to each client, drawing on techniques such as gentle fascial release, relaxation massage, acupressure, Reiki, hot stones, cupping, sound healing and nervous system-focused support. Her background includes clinical and injury treatment work from a chiropractic setting, along with spa-style restorative care.

Sessions are booked by appointment, either online or by calling or texting the studio. Carmen is welcoming new clients. The practice is at 26 NW Irving Ave in Bend, Oregon, where it also uses a far infrared biomat as part of some treatments.
