Don Cheech is an Italian-American restaurant on Bay Street in Staten Island's Rosebank area, run by Executive Chef Massimo Felici. The menu covers Italian classics, signature pastas, Sunday sauce, flatbreads, heroes, burgers and a selection of vegan dishes, with brunch on Sundays and cocktails available. Chef Felici draws on the classic cooking of Little Italy and opened the restaurant in 2022 after earlier restaurants in Manhattan and Staten Island.
Reservations can be booked through Resy, and the restaurant offers pickup and delivery through Uber Eats and Grubhub, along with gift cards. The Party Room hosts birthdays, showers and private events with packages available. Lunch runs Tuesday through Saturday, dinner Tuesday through Sunday, and Sunday brunch is served from noon to 3 PM.
