Auto repair in Staten Island

Auto repair shops help you get a vehicle running safely again, from routine mechanical fixes to damage caused by a fender bender or a stray curb. Many shops also handle transmission repair, collision and auto body work, paintless dent removal, glass and rim repair, bumper work, scratch and paint chip touch-ups, and panel replacement, though not every shop offers all of these. When choosing one, ask for a written estimate that lists parts and labor before any work starts, and ask whether the shop warranties its repairs and for how long. For body work, it helps to ask to see examples of similar jobs. If the repair is not urgent, call ahead to book a time, since shops with full bays can fill up quickly, especially on weekends.
