Real estate in Staten Island

Real estate professionals help people buy, sell, and value homes and commercial property. Many offer buyer or seller representation, residential sales, property searches, home valuations, and help with short sales, so you can match your need to the right kind of agent. When choosing one, ask whether they represent buyers, sellers, or both, and how they are paid, since commissions and fees vary. Check that the agent holds a current New York license and ask for recent sales close to the neighborhood you care about. For a sale, get a valuation from two or three agents before you pick one, and try to book meetings early in the week, when schedules tend to be more open.
