Julie Paquette, Licensed Counselor

Julie Paquette is a licensed counselor who works with children, parents and adults. Her counseling focuses on challenging behaviors, emotional dysregulation and communication for families, along with anxiety, depression, ADHD, school issues and conflict at home. For adults, she offers one day a week of work aimed at reducing suffering and finding peace and joy, separate from her regular practice. She also runs women-only spiritual retreats, which combine counseling with a weekend getaway in small groups of five to ten women.

Currently counseling is offered by telehealth only, using video and audio platforms such as FaceTime, Zoom and Psychology Today, and she notes that most insurance companies are covering these sessions. Clients from Maine and Massachusetts are welcome, and her office address is in South Deerfield, Massachusetts. Phone calls and email are the best way to reach her about sessions or the next retreat.
