Mode Music Studios

Mode Music Studios teaches private music lessons for all ages and skill levels, on instruments ranging from drums, voice and guitar to ukulele, cello, saxophone and xylophone. Its teachers are working professional musicians in the Seattle area, and the studio also offers music production, music theory and songwriting. Lessons are open to beginners and experienced players alike, with a focus on fitting each student's interests and learning style.

Lessons are offered in person at the West Seattle studio on Delridge Way or online over Google Meet. Summer rock band camps for students ages 6 and up run on weekdays with a performance on the Saturday after camp, and the studio also runs a group class for children ages 0 to 4 on Fridays and Saturdays. Its nonprofit branch, Mode Music and Performing Arts, offers sliding-scale group classes and camps just two doors down.
