Magpie Mouse Studios

Magpie Mouse Studios is a Seattle enamel jewelry studio run by artist Sarah Meranda, a trained metalsmith who makes one-of-a-kind pieces and also teaches. The studio's main offering is private enamel jewelry workshops for up to four people, covering fusing glass to copper, stenciling designs and fusing glass flower beads. No experience is needed, and all supplies are included.

Workshops run about three hours and cost $200 per person plus Seattle tax, with advance booking recommended. Classes are open to ages 12 and up, with minors accompanied by a parent or guardian. Gift certificates for workshops are available at the shop or by email. The studio is at Pike Place Market on Western Avenue, open daily from 10 am to 5 pm.
