Baked. Custom Cakes is a custom cake studio known for wedding cakes and one-of-a-kind cakes for birthdays, baby showers, graduations and engagements. Cakes and fillings are made from scratch with fresh, local ingredients, and the flowers and decorations are handmade and colored to match each client's vision. The flavor list ranges from classics like red velvet and carrot to the flavors from its Cake Wars episodes, such as Salted Lime Margarita and S'mores, with fillings that include huckleberry and marionberry preserves from Oregon growers.

The studio is open by appointment, and it needs at least a week's notice depending on the season. Orders are booked up to three months ahead, and the minimum custom order is $250. Requests should include flavor details and any inspiration photos. Ready-made cakes are not offered for same-day pickup, and pre-designed cakes are ordered through the online shop. Wedding inquiries go through the Tastings page. Gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan cakes are not offered. The studio is on California Avenue SW in Seattle.
