Tolosa Winery

Tolosa Winery makes Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from its estate vineyards in Edna Valley, a cool-climate region of San Luis Obispo County. The winery is known for handcrafted wines made with French oak barrel fermentation, and its single vineyard and Signature bottlings are sold alongside a wine club. Visitors can taste the wines in a modern tasting room or on a scenic patio.

Tastings are offered Thursday through Monday, with a last tasting at 3:30 PM, and reservations are recommended. A separate Primera Room is open by reservation for Signature and Primera Tolosa Club members on Fridays through Sundays. The winery also hosts private events, and it sits on Edna Road in San Luis Obispo, just off the valley's rolling vineyards.
