Lucy's Coffee Co.

Lucy's Coffee Co. began as a refurbished mobile coffee setup named Polly, serving drinks at work, weddings and events across the Central Coast before opening a shop. Its coffee is made with beans roasted locally by Coastal Peaks, and the menu includes cold brew, lattes and hot cocoa topped with toasted marshmallows. Food runs to avocado toast with tomatoes and pepper, everything bagels, peanut butter, banana and honey toast, pastries and muffins.

The shop is on Froom Ranch Way in San Luis Obispo. Lisa and her daughter Lucy run it, and they use organic and local ingredients when they can. Weekday hours run from early morning into the evening, with shorter weekend hours.
