Flour House

Flour House is a downtown San Luis Obispo pizza bar and pastaria serving Pizza Napoletana baked in a wood-fired Stefano Ferrara oven imported from Italy. The menu also includes house-made pasta, antipasti such as arancini and burrata dishes, and a Meter Monday option where a long pizza is shared by the table in tastings.

The restaurant takes no reservations and seats guests first come, first served, with heated outdoor patio dining. It serves dinner only, closed on Tuesdays, and offers gluten-free dough made daily with a note that its kitchen is not gluten-free. Gift cards are available, and private event rentals are priced case by case. It is at 690 Higuera Street in downtown San Luis Obispo.
