Skyhook Ninja Fitness

Skyhook Ninja Fitness is a gym built around American Ninja Warrior training, with obstacle courses for kids, teens and adults. It grew out of a personal training studio that started in a backyard, and it also offers personal training, a Little Ninjas program for ages 3 to 5, a competition team, and birthday parties and camps during school breaks.

All classes, open gym sessions and personal training are by appointment only, and members reserve spots through their Mindbody account. Tours and information are available on weekdays, and the gym is open on weekends as well. The address is on Southwest Garden Place in Tigard.
