The Highroller Lobster Co.

The Highroller Lobster Co. is a lobster roll restaurant in downtown Portland, Maine, that started in 2015 as a hot dog cart at local breweries. Its lobster rolls, including a cheese-taco version called The Influencer, are the signature items, alongside a Highburger, lobster grilled cheese, fried haddock sandwiches and a raw bar with oysters and scallop ceviche.

The restaurant takes no reservations and works first come, first served, open seven days a week from 11 AM to 10 PM. Highroller To-Go offers drop-off and pick-up orders for groups and office lunches, and there is a gift shop and a patio on the premises. The restaurant is at 104 Exchange Street in Portland.
