Gyms in Palm Desert

Gyms help people build strength, improve fitness and stick to a routine, with options ranging from open weight rooms to guided sessions. Many offer personal training, nutrition guidance, group and drop-in classes, private sessions, teen classes, and specialty training such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, while some also list tennis or golf course play. Before you sign up, ask whether you can try a drop-in class or a single session first, and check the membership terms for cancellation rules and any fees for classes. If you plan to book a trainer or a popular class, reserve a spot a few days ahead, and visit at the time you would normally work out to see how busy it gets.
