Chronos Prep

Chronos Prep is a tutoring and college preparation service for students. Its main offerings are academic tutoring in specific subjects, ACT and SAT test prep built on years of test analysis, college admission essay coaching, and executive function coaching that works on organization, time management, planning, and motivation. The approach blends personalized instruction, social-emotional learning, and Socratic discussion.

The first step is a free consultation, handled by a message or phone call to talk through a student's situation and the options available. Chronos Prep works with students both online and at its office in the Piedmont Avenue neighborhood of Oakland, so families can choose the format that fits. Rates and pricing are listed on the site, and the tutors are presented on a team page.
