Bright Future Early Learning Center

Bright Future Early Learning Center is a non-profit, licensed child care program that takes children from 3 months old until they start kindergarten. Its play-based approach lets children choose from developmentally appropriate materials, with singing, reading, movement and yoga built into the day. Tuition covers an AM snack, lunch and PM snack for toddlers and preschoolers, and meals follow state nutrition guidelines with fresh produce and whole grains.

Enrollment is full-time only, Monday through Friday, at a fixed monthly rate. The infant and toddler classroom is currently full, so families can join a waitlist by emailing the center, and tours are arranged by email before any enrollment commitment. The center is in the Elihu M. Harris State Building in downtown Oakland, within walking distance of BART and AC Transit, and enrolled families receive badges for entry through the locked door.
