Windsor Great Park Recreation Association

Windsor Great Park Pool is a member-owned swimming pool in the Denbigh neighborhood of Newport News, open since 1965. It is known for swim lessons, including speech and swim programs aimed at building confidence and independence in the water, and it also runs a swim team. The pool has long been a gathering place for birthday parties, graduation parties and family get-togethers.

The Windsor Great Park Recreation Association is run by its members, who volunteer alongside elected and appointed board members to handle day-to-day operations. All members are welcome at board meetings and can take part in decisions. The pool is available for rentals, and the association holds fundraising events. Residents who want to join or get involved can start with the membership information on the site.
