The Iron Asylum Gym

The Iron Asylum Gym is a 24/7 gym with personal training, rehab and maintenance space, No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes and a Fit3D Body Scanner for tracking body composition and posture. Members can train at any hour, and the gym says it keeps equipment cleaned throughout the day. Membership plans and drop-in visits are both available.

The first personal training consultation is free, and the gym offers a refer-a-friend promotion for a free month of membership. The Newport News location is at 369 Chatham Dr and is one of four Hampton Roads locations, with others in Virginia Beach and Norfolk. Staff are on site seven days a week.
