The Gage

The Gage is an event venue in a 1928 industrial building that once housed the Allis Chalmers Tractor Division. It hosts weddings, birthday parties, corporate outings and gatherings, with exposed cream city brick, exposed beams, Edison lighting and a glass roof or skylight. The main floor and loft can hold up to 300 guests, and a smaller space holds up to 100.

The venue has a large catering kitchen, a 28-foot bar, a full bar for corporate events, two getting-ready suites and ample on-site parking. The team can handle day-of coordination, event planning, bartending, timelines and vendor recommendations. The building sits on South 70th Street in West Allis, and the calendar is booked for 2026 and 2027 events.
