Specialty food shops in Milwaukee

Specialty food shops stock the ingredients and tools that everyday grocery aisles often skip, such as baking and candy-making supplies, decorating items and unusual pantry goods. Many of these shops also carry gift cards, paper products for parties, and packaging for homemade treats. Some sell to home bakers and small businesses as well as to walk-in customers. Before you make the trip, call ahead to confirm the item you need is in stock, since selection can change quickly. Ask whether they sell in bulk or offer wholesale pricing if you are baking for a large event. If you need a specific color, flavor or mold, ask to see it in person or check the shop's current stock before you drive over.
