Cooks Cake and Candy

Cook's is a retail supply shop for cake decorators and candy makers, stocking decorating tools, pans, cookie cutters, edible colors and flavors, toppings, and packaging. It also runs a wholesale distribution arm, Cook Specialty, serving bakeries and other food businesses from the same West Allis base.

The store is on Greenfield Avenue in West Allis and is open Monday through Friday with a late Thursday, plus Saturday mornings. Customers can order online or call ahead for pick-up, and the online store ships nationally and internationally. The shop also publishes recipes and how-to material for hobbyists and artists.
