American Serb Hall

American Serb Hall is a banquet facility on Milwaukee's west side that hosts weddings, quinceañeras, corporate meetings, seminars, and other special events, with rooms for groups from about 50 up to more than 2,000 guests. It is also known for its Friday fish fry, with classic Icelandic cod, Atlantic cod, lake perch, fried shrimp, and Serbian-style cod on the menu alongside coleslaw and a choice of potato.

The hall has been serving the community for more than 75 years and offers a choice of outside caterers or its own fully staffed kitchen for events. Friday fish fry runs from 3:30 to 8:30 PM with dine-in, drive-thru, and walk-up service. Recently renovated spaces include the Wisconsin Hall and the Governor's Lounge.
