Flex Performing Arts

Flex Performing Arts is a dance and performing arts studio on West Grand Avenue in Grover Beach. It offers classes for children and adults with an emphasis on technique and safe conditioning, and it aims to build strength, confidence, teamwork and resilience through the arts. Students can take part in series classes, special events and recital performances.

New students can set up a free trial class by emailing the studio, and financial aid is available. Adults who want a class that isn't on the schedule can submit an interest form. The studio is open most weekday afternoons and evenings and Saturday mornings, and it is closed on Sundays. Teachers open the side studios about five minutes before class, and families can ask at the main studio for help.
