Counterbalance Counseling & Psychiatry

Counterbalance Counseling & Psychiatry provides individual and teen therapy, trauma treatment, EMDR, substance recovery support and psychiatric medication management. Its clinicians include licensed professional counselors, a licensed clinical social worker and certified physician assistants, and the practice also offers consultation for other providers.

Clients can be seen in person or by telehealth, and the practice is accepting new clients. The practice places weight on a trusting relationship between client and therapist and on counseling goals both sides agree on. The Sun City location is in El Paso, and the practice also has an office in Austin.
