Brain Coaching and Therapy Place

Brain Coaching & Psychotherapy Place is a counseling practice led by Traci Presley, a licensed professional counselor and certified brain coach, who combines neuroscience with psychotherapy. Her work covers anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, PTSD and trauma, ADHD, eating disorders, substance use, insomnia, grief, and self-esteem concerns. Treatment is personalized and uses approaches such as EMDR, somatic therapy, cognitive and behavioral retraining, and brain-type-specific nutrition and lifestyle coaching, drawing on training from the Amen Clinics.

She sees people age 16 and up, along with couples, and does not take insurance. Appointments are made by calling or emailing her, and she works with a local psychiatrist when medication or genetic testing is part of a plan. The office is in the Mesa Atrium in the Executive Suites on North Mesa in El Paso, with the entrance on Castellano.
