Property management in El Paso

Property management firms look after rental homes for owners who would rather not handle the day-to-day work themselves. Typical help includes marketing a vacancy, screening applicants, placing a tenant, collecting rent, handling maintenance requests, doing move-in inspections and sending regular financial reports. When you compare firms in El Paso, ask how they screen tenants, what their fee covers, and who answers maintenance calls after hours. Check whether they hold the license Texas requires for managers and read the management agreement closely, especially the notice period for ending the contract. Call in the weeks before you need a tenant placed, since good listings take time to prepare.
