BREM, short for Best Real Estate Management, is a property management firm that looks after commercial, industrial and office buildings, along with condominium associations, homeowners associations, apartments and retail centers. Its day-to-day work includes rent collection, tenant correspondence, vendor bidding and property maintenance, while its leasing and marketing team handles space for owners who need tenants or buyers. A certified public accountant on staff oversees financial reporting for owner clients.

Once a contract is signed, a management team takes over the property, runs inspections, sets up records and schedules preventative maintenance. Maintenance staff are available around the clock. The office is in Stanton Tower in El Paso, and the company has been in business since 1983.
