El Rancho Grande Mexican Restaurant serves home-style Mexican food with recipes the Robles family says are made fresh in-house, never frozen or from a can. The menu covers appetizers like Diablo's Queso Dip and Super Nachos, lunch combos with a choice of classic enchiladas, tacos, flautas and chili relleno, lunch specials such as Arroz con Pollo, and a bar with margaritas and cocktails. Family Meals for four are also offered, along with jars of house salsa and cocktail mixes.

The restaurant takes dine-in, takeout and DoorDash delivery, and has tables on an outdoor patio across from the fountain plaza. Happy hour runs in the afternoon on weekdays and weekends. It is in the Cascade Village Shopping Center on Bend's north side, just across the plaza from JCPenney, so it is a handy stop while shopping there.
