LCCT BJJ Barrington teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu to adults and kids, with adult classes offered both in the gi and no-gi formats. The weekly schedule also includes a kids kickboxing class, so younger students can train in a second discipline alongside their jiu-jitsu.
Classes are booked through the gym's online scheduling system, and a waitlist is available when a session is full. Every class runs for one hour, with adult sessions at lunchtime, in the early evening and on Saturday. The studio is in Barrington.
