Vinjos Martial Arts

Vinjos Martial Arts teaches kids and adults self-defense, focus and confidence through martial arts classes in Apex. Lessons cover practical blocking and striking, bully defense, and a Life Skills curriculum built around discipline, self-control and standing up for yourself. Owners Kyoshi Vincent Stasi and Renshi Joanne Stasi teach the classes personally, and the school also offers fitness-based classes.

New students can start with a free trial class for ages 5 and up, with no experience needed and comfortable athletic clothing as the only requirement. Families who join after the trial receive a free custom uniform. The school serves Apex, Holly Springs and Cary from its studio on Upchurch Street in Apex, and it is a family-run school where parents can ask questions before their child starts.
