Jiu Jitsu Performance Academy

Jiu Jitsu Performance Academy teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for adults and kids, along with adult no-gi grappling, Muay Thai and judo. The academy is led by Sean Spangler, a 4th degree black belt, with a team of black belt coaches, and it serves students who want competition training, self-defense skills, or a family activity where parents and children can train at the same time.

Classes run on weekday mornings and evenings, weekend mornings, and a Sunday open mat. Memberships are month-to-month with no contracts, and the academy offers family discounts and women's classes. Newcomers can book a free class before joining, and the academy is at 813 Perry Rd in Apex, with free parking and students coming from Holly Springs, Cary, Morrisville and Fuquay-Varina.
