Meadowlark Design+Build

Meadowlark Design+Build is a design-build remodeling contractor and custom home builder that works on kitchens, whole-home remodels, additions, and custom homes, with a focus on architecture, sustainable building practices, and accessible design. Its cosmetic update service, Revive+Restore, refreshes finishes, fixtures, and surfaces without changing a home's layout. The company was founded in 2004 by Kirk Brandon and Doug Selby and has been working in Southeast Michigan for more than 20 years.

The firm takes a design-first approach, with its design team and construction team working through the same process from first conversations through construction. Projects are priced to the homeowner's budget, and Meadowlark offers a three-year warranty and an Encore maintenance service for ongoing upkeep. The office is on West Liberty Road in Ann Arbor.
