Ann Arbor Remodeling

Ann Arbor Remodeling is a design-build firm that handles kitchens, bathrooms, basements, home additions and sunroom or screen porch projects. The company also takes on custom woodworking such as built-in cabinetry, bookcases and fireplace mantels. It manages a project from the first design concept through permitting to final inspection.

Each job starts with a discovery visit to the home, and one lead carpenter serves as the project manager from start to finish, working on one project at a time. Clients can follow progress through daily status reports and photos. Pricing is itemized so clients can see what the company pays its trade partners and what the finish materials cost. The office is on Jackson Plaza in Ann Arbor.
