Full-Service Contractor

Family First Construction of Michigan is a locally owned, veteran-owned contractor that handles full-service residential construction work, with a particular focus on basement remodels. Its services include basement demolition of non-structural walls, basement finishing, insulation, concrete repair, and adding a bathroom or kitchen area to a finished basement. The company also does vinyl work and general home improvements and repairs, including roof repairs such as replacing a few shingles.

The company serves Michigan and Ohio and is based in Ann Arbor. Free estimates are offered, and the owner answers the phone directly when you call. Homeowners are encouraged to call right away if they see cracked or loose shingles, leaks or water damage in the ceiling, or damage after severe weather, especially in houses more than 25 years old.
