Gyms in Worcester

Gyms help you build strength, improve fitness and stay active with a place to work out on your own schedule. Many offer the common services you may see listed here, such as group fitness classes, spin or boxing classes, weight training, swimming, indoor track, basketball courts and a sauna. Some also run intramural or club sports, which can be a good way to meet people. Before you sign up, ask whether the membership covers the classes or facilities you care about, since some extras cost more. Visit at the time you would normally train to see how busy it gets, and ask about trial passes or guest days before committing to a contract.
