Vintage Iron Gym

Vintage Iron Gym is a strength gym in Winchester built around hand-selected training equipment, including premium old-school brands and some rare machines no longer manufactured. The gym also runs a small retail area with supplements and apparel, and offers personal training and recovery facilities such as saunas, a plunge and a VIP recovery lounge.

Membership is month-to-month or on a one-year contract, with a VIP package and a discounted local rate. Members can train around their own schedule, with 24/7 access. Youths 14 to 17 may join with a parent or guardian, and all-day passes must be bought during staff hours. The gym is at Delco Plaza in Winchester, and visitors are invited to stop by for a tour.
