Samurai Sushi and Hibachi

Samurai Sushi and Hibachi serves sushi, Japanese entrees and hibachi-style meals in West Des Moines. The menu mixes fusion and traditional-style sushi rolls, and the hibachi grill room features chefs who cook fresh meat, seafood and vegetables at the table. Guests can eat in the main dining room, at the sushi bar or in the hibachi room.

The restaurant has been open since 2007 in Jordan Creek, at Mills Civic Parkway near the Jordan Creek Town Center. Owner Tim Lau started his first sushi restaurant in Davenport, Iowa, and many of his regulars have followed him to the West Des Moines location.
