Bars & breweries in West Des Moines

Bars and breweries are places to relax with a drink, meet friends, or celebrate something with a group. Many offer cocktails, draft and bottled beer, wine, and small-batch spirits, and some also host private events, tastings, or distillery tours. If you are planning a gathering in West Des Moines, check whether the venue takes reservations or has a private room before you go, since busy evenings and weekends fill up fast. It also helps to ask about food policies, whether you can bring a group of your size, and if there is a minimum spend for private bookings. Calling ahead is the easiest way to confirm hours, which can change on holidays.
