Barn Town Brewing

Barn Town Brewing is a brewpub in West Des Moines that makes its own full-flavored ales and serves chef-inspired, elevated American pub fare. The menu leans on wings, smash burgers, flatbreads and sandwiches, and the taplist rotates with seasonal and special releases, from fruit-forward sours to dessert-style brews. Founder Pete Faber grew up in Des Moines and returned after years in Chicago's hospitality business to open it.

The brewery sells gift cards and merch, and it hosts private events in a dedicated room with its own bar, projector and private bathroom. Catering is available, and the Brewer's Lounge can be booked for group events such as a fantasy football draft. Reservations and pickup orders are offered. The brewery is at 9500 University Ave in West Des Moines.
