Hyper Energy Bar is a drive-thru serving handcrafted energy drinks, Italian sodas, coffee and hyper-infused energy snacks. Drinks are built to order with a choice of caffeine or Italian soda base and mixed syrups, with over 100 flavor combinations and sugar-free options. Caffeine-free drinks are available, including hot chocolate and lemonade.

The company was founded in Iowa in 2021 by husband and wife Chris and Izzy Whalen, starting in Waukee and now expanding across the Midwest. Its stores are company owned and locally operated, and the brand partners with local schools and nonprofits on fundraisers. Rewards points can be redeemed for in-store discounts, and gift cards can be checked in stores or online. The West Des Moines location is at 675 South 60th Street.
